About the Brand
WEST LIFE™ Soymilk began over 35 years ago when the original founders, two students who ran a coffeehouse at the University of California at Davis, converted a supermarket into a natural and organic food center. WEST LIFE™ is same great soymilk you love, just with a new name and look and feel.
It was previously Westsoy, but the heritage of the products remains the same. For almost three decades, WEST LIFE™ has been offering non-dairy consumers plant-powered protein as a meaningful source of fuel. From the start, WEST LIFE™ has always been committed to nutrition and offering only the best quality plant-powered protein to fuel your life. In 2021, WEST LIFE™ became part of SunOpta Inc., a company focused on natural and organic foods. In 2022, WEST LIFE™ introduced two new 16g protein Smoothie Blend soymilks, Unsweetened Plain and Chocolate. WEST LIFE™ will continue to bring people-nourishing, delicious-tasting plant milk.

- All products carrying the USDA Organic seal must be composed of at least 95% organic ingredients. A third-party certifier such as Quality Assurance International is required to ensure compliance with the National Organic Program.
- Our natural flavors are derived from ingredients such as spice, fruits or fruit juice, vegetables or vegetable juice, edible yeast, herbs, bark, buds, roots, leaves or similar plant material. We confirmed with our suppliers that our natural flavors do not contain the nine most common allergenic ingredients: milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, sessame, wheat and soy.
- Our ingredients are predominantly sourced domestically although product availability or other circumstances may sometimes require us to source globally.
- We declare our ingredients by common and usual name in order of predominance by weight in accordance with the government regulations.
