Grown slowly on non-GMO farms in central Mexico, our hass avocados are nourished with fresh water, sunshine and a whole lotta love. Once ripened, they are hand-harvested, pressed and naturally refined, resulting in a product that’s as beautiful as it is versatile. We aimed to create a cooking oil that is naturally delicious, healthy and shelf-stable without the addition of unnecessary chemicals… and that’s exactly what we’ve done.
Chosen Foods Avocado Oil is only ever made with 100% pure hass avocados – nothing else. Drizzle over salads, meats and vegetables and you’re sure to taste the difference. You’ll also be amazed to know that our avocado oil has a smoke point of 500 F (crazy, right?), making it safe to stir-fry, bake or broil. Never again worry about your cooking oil breaking down and imparting a foul odor. This one can really take the heat!

At Chosen Foods we are all-in on avocados, the powerful superfood found in all of our oils, dressings, mayos, cooking sprays, and guacamole. Where our founding families and generations of farmers, spanning Coastal California and Mexico have all united in the culinary celebration of pure avocado.
Avocados are one of the world’s most nourishing, nutrition-packed foods, thanks to its high level of antioxidants, monounsaturated fats (the healthy kind that boost brain and heart health), and fiber to keep you fuller, more satisfied, and less hangry. Think of it as nature’s most magical fruit. (Did you know it’s a member of the berry family?) Chosen Foods uses 350 million hand-harvested avocados a year, working closely with our farmers to grow this precious little fruit in the optimal climate, and at the perfect elevation. They’re naturally irrigated by rainfall, saving thousands of gallons of water every year compared to California ’cados.
